K–2 and 3–6 CCD Tickets for Seating Area are currently FULLY BOOKED

• All tickets (K–2 and 3–6 sessions) to reserve seats for our annual CCD event are currently fully reserved.

• If someone cancels their ticket, the seats will go back onto the website.

• Please check the website often for updates.

• We cannot hold or save tickets for anyone by phone, email, or request. The only way to reserve a seat is through the website.

• If you haven’t been able to reserve seats for the event, standing room will be available at the back of the seating.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel any tickets, please email the school with the following details:

• The email address you booked under

• The name of the adult you booked under

• Your child’s name

This will allow the seats to be released for other families who may need them.

Important information for seating area:

• Each family may reserve a maximum of two tickets per each K-2 and 3-6 event through the official ticketing system.

• Any tickets obtained in excess of the two-ticket limit per family will be cancelled and made available to others, either upon discovery or at the event. This measure is in place to ensure fair access for all families.

• Ticket holders must present their tickets to access the seating area.

• By reserving a ticket, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. Organisers accept no responsibility for issues arising from failure to comply with these conditions.

On the Day: Check-In & Seating Information for 3-6 Program

Check-in and seating area will open at 12:20pm for ticket holders on the day of the event. Please arrive early for a prompt 12:40pm start.
